This is the last post about the UPA. Just wanted to show off some photos of the fun (and waiting) between the performances:
Anna and I attended the Saturday night awards dinner. They had a “walk of fame” with all the team’s stars featured. A red carpet entrance to the banquet hall even had camera’s filming everyone waving. There were 1,600 or more people in attendance at this event. Before each of the individual awards was announced a short video collage of about 10 performers of each event was featured. It was awesome to see Anna as one of the featured Kick contestants on the big screen. It was fun to see Anna all dressed up and in heels.
The MVC All Star Purple group performed their “Run It Back” routine in the hiphop division towards the end of the Saturday competition. This is the routine that they have been working on since fall,this is the one they know, this is the one that won at the December Challenge Cup competition. They were ready. They were strong. And they won the Division Championship Title. I am so proud of Anna and the rest of her team.
