Last Sunday it was wonderful not to have to be downtown early in the morning for my A-team plaza performance. The Vikings had a 3:15 game against the Cowboys so we didn’t have to be there for practice until 1. Anna, the A-team’s biggest fan came along. I did invite Ellie too this time but she wanted to stay and play with her friends. Once again we were blessed with wonderful fall weather. We had only 7 ladies performing our new routine to “Not Myself Tonight” but it was still fun to dance with this group. Not sure if it was the nice weather or if it was because the Vikings were facing the Cowboys, but it was the most crowded I’ve seen the plaza this year. The fans are so supportive of our group.
The Vikings beat the Cowboys 24 to 21. Go Vikes! They play the Packers tonight in Wisconsin.
“Give” is a new kit from my digi-designer friend, Heather T that is available here at The Digi Chick.
A moment of “Sisterly Love” between my two girls. OK I made that one up with this photo since I had to “clone” out the bunny ears.
You’ve seen this toothless grin before, but it just had to make a layout of it. I loved the bright colors of this kit. They really helped me show off just how much fun it is to be toothless for a while (at least if you’re 6).
Hard for me to believe, but I have a high school Senior in the house. Almost daily there are letters from colleges in the mail addressed to Brandon. And it’s hard to not think past this year to next when Brandon will be at college and not a part of our daily routine. It’s an exciting time for him and a bittersweet time for us parents (even as step-mom) to let him go. I guess we need to enjoy the time now.
Brandon paired up his mom and I to create his senior pictures. His mom did the photo shoot at various locations downtown just before school started and I did the editing. It was lots of fun to work with his photos. Here are the straight out of the camera shots and my final edits compared side by side:

“Take the Time” is a new kit coming out later this week at Mscraps by Heather T. Once again Heather has created an awesome kit that can be used so many ways. Here are two layouts I made:
My youngest daughter, Ellie, giving me lots of love.
Drawing created by Ellie, age 6. I was quite impressed at her talent. In class they have been reading “The Trumpeter Swan” which inspired this drawing. I love the trumpet tucked under the swan’s wing.
