A week ago Sunday both Anna and I had the opportunity to perform at the Vikings game. Anna was participating as part of her 4th year of the Minnesota Vikings Jr. Cheer Camp. The girls had to be at the dome at 8:45 am in order to have practice time on the field before the players.

Anna is in the back row just to the left of the 50-yard line.

One of the few times they turned around to face the back and I was able to catch Anna is action. Gotta love her smiling through the practice.

Here are all the Minnesota Viking Cheerleader Alumni Moms that had daughter’s participating as Jr. Cheerleaders at camp. I cheered with the Mom pictured second from the left. Her name is Lisa also.

After the Jr’s completed their practice there was only a short time for me to get my uniform on and join the A-team outside the dome for our practice prior to performing on the Plaza.

It was the most perfect fall day to be out dancing. Here’s the MVC A-team prior to our September 26th performance.

We danced to “LA Girls” a song that was choreographed for us by two former MVCs and former A-team members: Natalie and Jackie.

Jordan and Anna are on the All Star team together.

Enjoying the day out on the Plaza before game time.

We got to watch the first quarter from our seats in the upper deck. But had to get organized and lined up starting at the second quarter since the Jr. Cheerleaders were performing at half-time.

Anna on the field with her game-winning smile ready to wow the crowd at half-time.

Some of Anna’s friends (the two in the middle are also on Anna’s All Star team).

The girls take the field at at half-time. Anna is somewhere in there. Big difference having a full stadium compared to their morning practice.

Anna is in the back row, second from the right. From what I could tell from my spot in the corner of the field it looked great. I can’t wait to get the DVD of their performance.
