Just in the last week, the woods behind my house has come alive with flowers and new leaves.
My youngest, Ellie, is getting ready for her very first dance recital that will take place in less than 2 weeks. She’s been in a combination ballet/tap class for 4-year-olds that meets once a week. At home she loves to play “dance class” and practice all her moves, but at class I sometimes wonder if she is learning since she spends much of her time posing in the big mirror. It will be interesting to see how she does on the big stage. Her class got to dress up in their costumes recently for pictures. (Ellie is in the front row in the middle.) Don’t they look just darling?
